Meet Aly Beaulieu, the mind behind Powerhouse Pilates
Hi, I’m Aly—Your New Pilates Bestie and Hype Woman
As a dedicated Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT), building strong relationships with my clients is at my core. Beyond my passion for Pilates, I’m married to the love of my life and the proud mom to three humans and four fur babies. I am also the Pilates teacher for the University of South Carolina Football team and proudly represent the South Carolina Gamecocks!
When I discovered Pilates, I knew I found something special. Now, after years of practicing, teaching, and dreaming, I am so excited to bring you a new kind of Pilates studio in Lexington.
